Blessing Ceremony Pictures... FINALLY!

Hello Y'all! So I know it's been again awhile since I've last written. I'm so sorry and I promise I will try to be more consistent. Recently God has strengthened my passion for writing, so I thought I'd go back to blogging. I'll try to start where I left off... which was the beginning of this year. I mentioned I had a blessing ceremony back in December and so here are some of the pictures...

All photo creds go to Cailin and Kelsey... they are *amazing*.

The delicious desserts. Red velvet cupcakes made by my mother and decorated by myself and Kelsey along with cannoli's... being part Italian, they just had to be there. :)

Update

Hello All!
I know it must seem I've disappeared, but I really haven't! I've been busy.....but I wanted to give you updates about me. First in my last post, I mentioned my Grandfather came to visit in June, and we had an amazing time. Well God answered our prayers when about two months ago, Grandpa decided he wanted to move back to VA!! It made me sooooo happy! And it seemed like practically overnight, he is here! He got here on Thanksgiving Day and was able to share many happy memories that have happened since then. We prayed for this ever since he moved across country three years ago.....so remember NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE THROUGH GOD. NEVER give up praying!!!
Another huge milestone that has happened is a church transition. Ever since I was five years old, I have gone to the same church and have loved it! It is where I many most of my very best friends and so much has happened there, including big events such as my baptism, crowning, blessing ceremony, and so much more. It has been my home away from home. We have attended a Family Integrated Service that was held there that the assistant Pastor and his family started seven years ago.....and he decided to branch off and begin his own church. This has been a wonderful, sad, adventurous, BIG change in my life. I left friends behind at the old church, but am so excited to see what God has in store for Pastor Brad Shedd and his congregation at Generations Christian Fellowship! Our very first Sunday was this previous Sunday. We are currently holding service at Grahm Funeral Home (I know--sounds bad, but it's actually a very nice place!!) Come join us on Sundays!!!
On December 7, 2013 I had my Blessing Ceremony! I had attended three in 2013, those of three very good friends of mine and have thoroughly enjoyed them. We each did our own differently, but they all have been wonderful experiences! (Hopefully pics later!)
Well those were probably my biggest events for 2013 as well as many other good times and memories.....hopefully later I'll be able to post a bunch of 2013 pics, but until then....
Have a BLESSED week!!! :-)

Day 26: A childhood memory

Hmmmmm. Let's see here. One memory was when my Grandpa lived here, he would always take my brother and I to Carvel, an ice cream parlor only up the street from our house. That was fun. He would also take us to the mall and the bowling ally. I haven't seen him in two years, since he moved acorss country, but he's coming to visit.........tonight!!! Though I guess it's actually tomorrow morning since his flight arrival time is 12:30 AM. So maybe he'll take us again. :) I haven't been there since, because mom doesn't like thier ice cream. LOL To me..........ice cream's ice cream. I'll eat any!!! :-)

Botanical Gardens

On Mothers Day, we went to Botanical Gradens after church. It was so beautiful! (Although the butterfly House wasn't open yet.) :(
